Your privacy
What PraisePad keeps about you, who in your church can see it, and how to get it removed.
PraisePad keeps what your church needs to plan and play together: your name, your contact details, and the schedule. Your own notes on charts are private to you. We don't sell personal data or show ads. The full details are in the Privacy Policy.
What's kept
- Your account: your name, the email you sign in with, and a phone number if you or your leaders add one. There's no password to store.
- Your church's data: songs, charts, set lists, services, positions, the schedule and answers, and time away, put there by your church's leaders and members.
- Your own things: your highlights, notes, and drawings on charts, and your chart, pedal, and email settings.
- On your device: the sets you download for offline, until you remove them or sign out.
- How the app is used: which pages and features, without recording your screen or reading your charts.
Who sees what
- Owners, admins, and leaders see the team's contact details. Everyone else sees names and positions, not emails or phone numbers.
- Everyone on the team sees the schedule and published set lists. Leaders also see set lists before they're published.
- Nobody else in your church can see your notes on charts.
- A guest link shows one published set to whoever has the link, until it expires or a leader turns it off. See Guest links.
- Churches never see each other's libraries.
PraisePad's own team looks at your church's data only to support you, fix a problem, or when the law requires it. When our support team opens your church, each visit is recorded and owners can see it. See Support visits.
AI features
AI features, like turning a photo into a chart or suggesting songs, send what they need to an AI service only when you press their button. The answer comes back for you to check. The AI service doesn't use it to train its models.
Your choices
- Change your name in , and your contact details on your page in .
- Choose what you're emailed about. See What PraisePad emails you.
- Owners and admins can export the church's data at any time. See Export everything.
