Report a problem

For everyoneUpdated September 29, 2026

Tell PraisePad's team when something goes wrong, with a screenshot if it helps.

If something in PraisePad doesn't work, tell us with Report a problem. It's in the account menu on every page, and it goes straight to the people who build PraisePad.

Send a report

  1. Open the account menu: the circle with your initial, at the bottom of the sidebar on a computer or at the top of the screen on a phone.
  2. Choose Report a problem.
  3. Under What went wrong?, say what happened in a few words.
  4. If you like, say what you were doing when it happened.
  5. Add a screenshot if it helps (below).
  6. Choose Send report.

You'll see Thanks. It's on our list. When it's fixed, you get an email saying so. If we need to know more, we'll write to you.

Add a screenshot

  • Attach one: choose Attach a screenshot and pick the file.
  • Paste one: copy a screenshot, click in either box, and paste it.

You can add up to 3 files, 10 MB each: pictures, PDFs, or plain text files. To remove one, choose the X next to its name.

Other places to find it

  • On Your settings and the other pages of your account, Report a problem is at the top of the page. On a phone, it's the bug icon there.
  • In the stage view, it's in the display options. See Display options.
  • When PraisePad shows Something went wrong, choose Report this problem.

What goes with it

Along with what you write, the report includes the address of the page you were on, your browser, the app's version, your church and role, and your name, so we can find the problem and reply to you.

Can't sign in to send it? Write to team@praisepad.app.
