Delete your account, leave a church, or delete a church

You can leave one church, delete your whole account, or, as an owner, delete a church for everyone. Your account and churches are managed in Your settings. A church is deleted from its own Settings.

Leave a church

Leaving takes you off one church's team and keeps your account.

1. Open Your settings from the account menu.
2. Under Your churches, choose Leave next to the church.
3. Choose Leave church.

You won't see its schedule or charts. A leader can invite you back later. If you're its only owner, make someone else an owner first. See Who can do what.

Delete your account

This can't be undone.

1. Open Your settings and go to Delete account.
2. Choose Delete my account.
3. Type DELETE in the Confirm box and choose Delete account.

Your profile, settings, notes, and highlights are deleted, and your email and phone come off every church's list. Churches keep your name on the services you were part of. The device you're using forgets your downloads.

Churches you own:

• If other people with accounts use a church you're the only owner of, PraisePad asks you to make someone else an owner first.
• If no one else in a church has signed in with their own account, that church is deleted too, even if it has team members without accounts.
