Share a service with a guest musician

A guest link opens one service's set in stage view for someone without a PraisePad account, like a sub bassist or a guest singer. Leaders make it on the service's Share tab.

Make a link

Musicians don't see the Share tab. Ask a leader when you need a link for someone.

A link works until the end of the day after the service. Guests see the set only once it's published. Before that, the link says the set isn't ready yet.

What guests can do

• See the published set list and charts, PDFs too, in stage view. They move around with swipes, taps, the set list, and a pedal.
• Change the key, capo, text size, and display choices on their own screen. These stay in their browser.
• Follow along when a leader starts playing together. Tapping the button with the leader's name stops following.
• Press Keep for offline to keep the set on their device until the link ends.

Guests don't see anything else in your church. They can't write notes on charts, and they don't see Updates.
