Support visits to your church
For ownersUpdated September 29, 2026
When PraisePad's support team opens your church to help, and where owners see every visit.
When you ask PraisePad for help, our support team may open your church to look at the problem with you, for up to two hours at a time. Every visit is recorded, and your church's owners can see the whole list in , under .

Each visit shows, newest first:
- Who from PraisePad visited, and whether as an admin or an owner.
- When it started and how many minutes it lasted, or that it's happening now.
- The reason they gave for opening your church.
- Any charts changed during the visit, with links to them. A chart changed during a visit also shows under the visitor's name in its history.
If support has never opened your church, the page says . Nobody can edit or remove a visit from the list.
What a visit can and can't do
Support opens your church to see what you see and fix what's wrong. During a visit, support never speaks for your church:
- It doesn't send requests to play. Those come from your own leaders.
- It can read a service's Updates but doesn't post in them or send announcements.
- On the stage view, it watches without leading or showing up among the people playing.
