Your plan and the AI allowance

New churches start on the Beta plan: any number of team members, 10 GB of files, and AI features up to $15 a month. Owners and admins see the plan, the team size, and how much AI is left this month in Settings, under Billing.

See your plan

Open Settings and choose Billing. Under Your plan you'll see:

• The plan's name, how many team members you have, and your file space.
• AI this month: how much of the allowance has been used, and the day it resets. It resets on the 1st, in your church's time zone.
• What happens when the beta ends for your church. You'll also hear by email, with time to choose a plan. Nothing you've made is removed.

What uses the AI allowance

Only the features that read or write for you, and only when you press their button:

• Reading a whole folder of PDFs into charts. See Import a folder of PDFs.
• Turning a photo, PDF, or typed chart into a chart. See Import a photo or pasted chart.
• Suggest songs and Change with words on a service's plan. See Suggest songs and Change a set list with words.
• Check the chart in the chart editor. See Write a chart.
• Reading a scheduling rule you write in your own words. See Scheduling rules.

Everything else, like charts, keys, services, the schedule, and the stage view, doesn't use it.

When it runs out

The AI features say the limit is reached for the month and work again after the 1st. Everything else keeps working.

How team size counts

Everyone on the team who is active or invited counts, with or without an account. People taken off the team don't. If a plan's team is full, adding people waits for an upgrade. Nothing is deleted, and nobody loses their charts.
