Pay by the year, switch, or cancel

Every paid plan can be paid by the month or by the year. A year costs ten months, so two months are free: Team 25 is $290 a year instead of $348. Owners and admins do this under Settings, in Billing. The plans are in Your plan, the 14-day trial, and the AI allowance.

Choose yearly

Open Billing, choose Yearly above the plans, and press the plan's Choose button. It renews a year later; you'll hear by email a month before.

Switch a monthly plan to yearly

Under Your plan, press Switch to yearly. You see today's charge before you confirm: the year's price, less the part of this month you've paid.

Pay by invoice

A church can pay for a yearly Team plan by invoice instead of a card. Choose Yearly, press Pay by invoice, give your finance office's email, the church's name and address, and a PO number if you use one, then press Send the invoice.

• The plan starts at once. The invoice goes to the finance email and the church's owners and admins, with 30 days to pay by bank transfer, bank debit, or card.
• Reminders go a week before the due date, on the day, a week after, and three weeks after.
• Unpaid 30 days after its due date, the plan ends and the church moves to Free with everything kept.
• Each year's renewal invoice comes the same way, after an email a month before, and receipts go to the finance email.

Cancel

Press Cancel plan under Your plan.

• Monthly: the plan ends at the end of the month you've paid for (Cancel at the end of the month).
• Yearly, within 60 days of paying: Cancel now ends it today, and the months you haven't started come back within 5 to 10 days (a few days longer to a bank). The month you're in counts as used. Or Cancel at the end of the year keeps the plan, with no refund.
• Yearly, after 60 days: it ends at the end of the year.

Until then, Keep my plan undoes the cancellation. When the plan ends, the church moves to Free; nothing is deleted. AI credit you've added isn't refunded.
