A limit for everyone

Write a rule in plain words

AI reads what you write and uses a little of your church's AI allowance. Only the rule is sent, not your team list. If a name could be two people, you're asked to use the full name.

There are six kinds:
- Two people serve the same weeks
- Two people are never on the same service
- Someone serves at most a set number of times a month
- Someone never serves two weeks in a row
- Someone serves only at some services
- Someone is scheduled only on some positions
Change or remove a rule
Each rule is listed in plain words. Choose to set it aside, and to use it again. To remove one, choose , then . A rule that names someone no longer on the team does nothing, and the list says so.
When leaders choose by hand
Rules never stop anyone. When a leader chooses someone by hand, a rule that stands in the way shows as a warning under their name, and they can still choose .
