Welcome to PraisePad

PraisePad keeps your worship team's songs, set lists, and schedule in one place. Leaders plan the service and ask people to play. Everyone sees the set list with charts in the right key, on any device, and plays from the stage view on Sunday.

If you're on the team

Your Home page shows what you need first:

• Needs your answer: requests to play that are waiting for you. Choose Accept or Decline. See Say yes or no to a request.
• This week: the services you're on in the next seven days.
• Coming up: the next services, with a link to All services.

Open a service to see its set list once your leaders publish it, then choose Stage view to play from it. Put PraisePad on your phone's home screen too: Add PraisePad to your phone.

If you're starting your church

When you make a church, it comes with the usual positions (Worship Leader, Vocals, Acoustic Guitar, Electric Guitar, Keys, Bass, Drums, and Sound), a Sunday Morning service type, a few demo hymns, and a sample service to try things on. Owners and admins see a Get set up list on Home. In your first 15 minutes:

1. Add your CCLI license number in Settings. It's printed on every chart.
2. Add songs. Choose Songs, then Import charts to bring in PDFs, photos, or typed charts, or New song to start one. See Add a song.
3. Add team members on People with Add someone. They can be scheduled before they have an account.
4. Plan your first service: Plan a service on Home. See Your first Sunday.
5. Invite your team when you're ready. See Invite your team.

When you're done with the demo hymns and the sample service, remove them in Settings.
