Say yes or no to a request

When a leader asks you to play, you get an email asking something like "Can you play Keys on Sunday, Oct 19?". Choose Respond in the email, then I'll be there or I can't make it. You don't need to sign in.

From the email

1. Open the email and choose Respond. If you're asked for two positions, there's a button for each.
2. Check the times, any note from your leader, and the set list if it's ready.
3. Choose I'll be there or I can't make it.
4. For a no, you can add a word for your leader, like "Out of town that weekend". Then choose Send.

In the app

If you have a PraisePad account, the request also shows on your Home page under Needs your answer. Choose Accept or Decline. The same buttons are on your row in the service's Team tab.

Changing your mind

You can change your answer until the service starts.

• Open the email again and choose Respond. The page offers I can make it after all or I can't make it after all.
• In the app, open the service's Team tab and choose I can make it or I can't make it.
• The reminder email you get before the service has a "Change your answer" link.

When you say no, your leader gets an email and a notice in the app, so they can find someone else. If you'd like to help fill your spot, find a sub.

If you haven't answered after two days, PraisePad sends you one reminder email.
