Invite your team

To invite someone, open People, choose Add someone, fill in their name and email, leave Send an invitation now checked, and choose Add to team. They get an email with a link to join.

Add and invite someone

1. Open People and choose Add someone.
2. Type their Name, pick their Positions, and add their Email.
3. Choose their Role. Most people are a Musician. See Who can do what.
4. Leave Send an invitation now checked, or uncheck it to invite them later.
5. Choose Add to team.

Nobody needs an account to be on the team. People without one can still be scheduled and get emails. An account lets them sign in, see set lists and charts, and answer from the app.

Invite someone later, or again

Open their page from People. The Access card says where their invitation stands:

• No invitation yet: choose the Invite button with their name.
• Waiting: it shows the address and the day the link stops working (a week after it was sent). Choose Resend invitation, or Cancel invitation to turn the link off.
• Didn't arrive: check the address with them, fix it with Edit, then send it again.

What they see

The email has a link to join. They sign in with an emailed link (Email me a link to join), then choose the button to join your church. If they sign in with a different email address than the one you invited, PraisePad asks them to confirm before joining. An expired or canceled link asks them to get a new invitation from a leader.
