The link didn't work
- "That sign-in link has expired or was already used": each link works once, for a short time. Ask for a new one and use the newest email.

- "That's a lot of sign-in emails": wait the minutes it says, then try again.
- No email? Check your spam or junk folder, and that you typed the address right.
The wrong email
- Before you open the email, choose and type the right one.
- Each email address is its own account. If you signed in with the wrong one, open the account menu, choose , and sign in again with the right address.
- Joining from an invitation? Use the address the invitation went to if you can. If you sign in with another one, PraisePad asks you to confirm before you join. Choose to switch.
The address you sign in with is shown in , next to . The email your church writes to can be different: see What PraisePad emails you.
