I'm here and Who's here

Check in with one tap on the day; leaders see who's arrived, mark people here and call anyone late.

A team can ask its people to check in when they arrive. It's off until an owner or admin turns it on: Settings, then Teams, then the team, Check-in: people check themselves in, or the leader checks people in.

I'm here

On the day, your spot on Home shows I'm here from 90 minutes before your time until it ends. One tap and the card turns green: "You're checked in · 8:42". For two minutes Undo takes it back, in case you tapped by mistake.

On at 9:00 and 11:00? One tap checks you in for both. No signal in the building? The tap is saved on your phone and sends when you're back online, with the time you tapped.

When your team's leader checks people in, your card says so instead of showing the button.

Who's here

A team's leaders see Who's here on their Home from 90 minutes before, and at the top of the service's Team tab: who's here, who isn't yet and when they're due, with the count. Tap someone to Mark here; Undo is there for a few seconds, and a leader can take a check-in back later that day too. From the time someone's due, Call and Text reach them when their phone is on their page.

On an iPad at the door, Open the full view: two columns, big rows, and the screen stays awake where the iPad allows it.

Check-in shows in the serving report as counts ("Checked in 58 of 61"), never as names.
