Use stage view without Wi-Fi
Download a service or a song so it opens on stage with no connection. Services you're on download by themselves.
Stage view works with no connection once the set is on your device. PraisePad downloads the services you're on in the next 7 days by itself, and you can download any published service or any song yourself.
Download a service or a song
- While you have a connection, open the service, or the song's page.
- Press .
- A message says what's now on your device, and the button changes to .
A service's set has to be published before it can be downloaded. To get the newest copy, press , then . To take it off, press .
Automatic downloads
When you open your church in PraisePad with a connection, it downloads the published services you're scheduled for, or asked to play, in the next 7 days. It removes them after the service. The ones you download yourself stay until you remove them.
Opening a downloaded service on stage with a connection also brings its copy up to date.
What works without Wi-Fi
- Stage view for downloaded services and songs: the charts, PDFs, your notes, key and capo, and pedals. The top line says Offline.
- Notes and chart settings you change offline stay on your device and are saved when you're back online.
- Your church's home, the services list, and a service you opened lately may show the copy from your last visit.
- Other pages need a connection. Open one and PraisePad shows your downloads instead, each with .
- Playing together and Updates need a connection.

Open and find . Each download has and . Signing out removes them all.
Downloads don't work in a private window. On an iPhone or iPad, add PraisePad to your Home Screen so your downloads stay put: see Install on your phone.
