Find a song on the web, or bring one in from a link
Search chord charts by a song's name, or paste a link to a chart, a PDF, or a recording, and import it after a look.

The answers come in groups, each as soon as it's ready:
- comes first, so you don't import a song you already have.
- are Ultimate Guitar's free charts, best first by their stars. PraisePad reads them exactly, with no AI and no cost.
- asks AI to look across the other chart sites PraisePad trusts. It costs about 5 cents from your church's AI allowance, so it runs only when you press it.
- looks on YouTube when you ask, and plays what it finds in the player bar.
- are SongSelect and PraiseCharts: download the file there, then drop it on Import.
Look, then import
Press a chart to see it in PraisePad's own style. The buttons under show it in another key; only the preview changes. PraisePad says what to check: Ultimate Guitar's charts are written by its members, a capo chart is saved in the key it sounds in, and a song you already have is pointed out.
Press for the usual review, where you can also pick its recording. The saved song keeps a link to the page its chart came from, and brings you back.
Paste a link
The same box takes a link: a chart page, a PDF, or a YouTube, Spotify, or Apple Music link (the button says ). Ultimate Guitar is read exactly; other pages and PDFs are read by AI, which copies what's on the page and never adds to it, for about 3 to 6 cents. A recording plays in the bar, with . Some sites don't let PraisePad read their pages; then copy the chart and paste it on Import.
A song with no chart yet has on its page. On Android, once PraisePad is on your Home Screen, you can share a link from another app straight to it.
