The check-in list on paper, and tonight's numbers
Print a date's list for the door in case the station can't be used, and see who's in from your phone.
Every published event with sign-ups has a check-in list to print for each of its dates, for the door when the check-in station can't be used. Open the event: beside it, the card has on each date still to come (on a phone, sits under tonight's numbers). With several dates, pick one along the top, then press .
What's on it
- Everyone going, A to Z by surname. Each household has its door code, a phone, what it owes ("Owes $95") or "Paid", and whether it agreed; then each person with a box to tick, their ticket and their answers. Printed during the event, anyone already in shows the time they came in instead of a box.
- Those holding a place or waiting, so the door can tell them apart.
- Blank rows for walk-ups: a name, a phone or email, how many people, and how they paid.
Afterwards, put the walk-ups and the money taken into PraisePad (on Who's coming, or the station), so the counts and the books stay right. The list holds names, children and answers: shred it after the event. Only Events managers and the event's organizer can print it, with two-step sign-in.
Tonight's numbers
From three hours before a date starts until it's over, the event's page on a phone shows "Tonight" (or "Today") with three big numbers: how many are in, how many are expected, and how many are waiting. They update every 20 seconds, with links to and the list. On a wider screen, the card beside the event shows the same: how many are going and waiting, and who's in on each date, like "12 in · 3 children". The numbers never show names, so anyone who can open the event sees them.
Afterwards, Reports › Events keeps how many came on each date.
