The run sheet and printing the order of service

The plan works out when each part of the service starts: the first service time, plus the length of everything before it. Press Print at the top of a service to print the order of service with those times.

How the times work

• Each row shows its start time on the left and its length on the right.
• Songs use their arrangement's length, or the length a leader set for this service.
• Other items, like a welcome or the message, use the length given to them.
• Headers take no time.
• Under the list, a line sums it up: how many songs and items, when it ends, how long it runs in all, and how much of that is music.

If a song or item has no length, it counts as no time, and the plan says the times after it may start early. With no service time at all, the plan asks you to add one on the Times tab.

With two service times, like 9:00 and 11:00, choose which one the times follow next to Times from. This device remembers your choice.

Print the order of service

1. Open the service and press Print.
2. Check the page. It shows a table of each part's start time, key, tempo, and length, with each song's order of sections and any notes. Then come the totals, the service's notes, and your CCLI license number if your church has one.
3. Press Print.

With two service times, the printout has a start-time column for each, so the tech team can run both.

Anyone on the team can print once the set is published. To print one song's chart in the service's key, press the printer button on its row. Leaders find it in the row's three-dot menu.
