Publish a sermon to the church page
Give the recording its details and a cover, publish the part you kept, and add a transcript, captions and a recap.
Once the sermon is trimmed, publish it: the part you kept goes on your church page with its own link, and the cuts never leave. Before that, give it its details, and if you like a transcript and a recap.
Open Present, then , then the recording. When a recording is ready, its speakers on the team get an email, and so do your church's owners and admins.
