Open spots and sign-up
A leader opens a spot; people who hold the position take it from Home. Theirs at once, the leader told, an hour to undo.
A spot a leader opens for sign-up shows on Home as "Open spots you could take": the date and time, who else is on, when to be there, and how many are left. puts you on at once. Your leader is told, the spot closes when it's full, and for an hour gives it back and tells them.
You see spots for the positions you hold on the teams you're on. When a spot would go past what you asked for under , the card says so ("You're at 2 this month, the most you asked for") and is still there: it's your choice. The church's monthly limit and your time away are the only things that stop you.
Opening a spot
On a service's Team tab, each spot has . Once open it reads "Open · 1 can take it" with who could. takes it back. Someone who already took it stays on.
A team can start every new spot open: , then , then the team, .
Anyone who schedules the team can open a spot: church staff, and the team's leaders.
After an hour
The hour to undo is over, and you can't make it after all? Open the spot on Home or My schedule and choose : see Find someone to cover.
For leaders
A sign-up is a yes. The note you get says who took what and until when they can undo; after that, take them off from the Team tab as you would anyone. Someone's own "up to twice a month" doesn't stop them taking a third spot themselves; the church's monthly limit and their time away do.
