Lead your team
A team leader schedules their own team, sends its requests, answers for people and reaches them, and nothing else.
When an owner or admin ticks you as a team's leader (in , then ), you run that team's schedule. You don't need to be a church leader. Nothing else about your account changes.
What you can do
- Schedule your team. On , your team's chip is picked for you. Choose "1 open" to put someone on, or a name for the menu: mark yes or no, send the request, find someone, take them off, add a note, undo.
- Send requests and reminders. On a service's Team tab, your team's group has its own .
- Answer for people. Someone said yes on the phone: mark them accepted. Someone can't come: mark them declined, with a word if they gave one.
- Fill open spots for your team: , then . The draft fills your team's spots only.
- Reach your team. You see the email and phone of the people on your team, and their time away, so you can ask around on a Sunday morning. Not anyone else's.
- Set positions for your team's people, on your team's positions.
A team page (, then your team under , or from ) lists the roster, who's on the next four Sundays, and what's still open.
What you can't do
Other teams are for you: you see the morning, so you know who else is there, but you can't change it. Church leaders, admins and owners schedule every team. Service times, the set list and the church's settings stay with them too.
When you take someone off your team, their positions on it go with them, and so do the spots nobody had asked them for yet. Anyone who had already said yes to a Sunday stays on it, and the app tells you so.
