Choose who leads each song
Pick who leads each song in a service. Their first name shows in the set list, on stage, in print, and in emails.
Each song in a service can have one person leading it. Open the service's tab, press on the song's row, and pick who leads it. Their first name then shows under the song for the whole team.
Choose who leads
- Put the singers on the service first, on its tab. Anyone on Worship Leader or a vocals position who hasn't said no can lead.
- On the tab, press on a song's row. Where the list is narrow, like on a phone, it's under the song's title.
- Pick a name. Whoever led the song most recently is at the top, with how many times they've led it.
You can also choose in the song's details, under , or pick to clear it. With Change with words, type something like "Maya leads song 2".
Who sees it
Once that person has been asked to play, everyone on the team sees their first name with the song: in the set list, on stage next to the title, in print, on the , and in request and reminder emails. Two singers with the same first name are told apart, like "Sarah N.". The person leading sees "You lead it", and their emails say which songs they're leading.
Until you send them their request, the song says "not asked yet", and only leaders see the name. Names never show on guest links.
When they can't make it
If the person leading says no, or a sub takes their spot, the song shows that they aren't singing, and the team no longer sees their name. Choose someone else, or . When a sub is found, the email you get names the songs that person was leading.
