The Kids report: who came, who's new, who's gone quiet, who served
Children per room week by week, each morning's roster, first-time families, regulars gone quiet, who served.
Open Reports, then Kids. The chart stacks each service by room in the rooms' colours, with last year behind it. Kids viewers see Weeks; Kids leaders see every tab. Every number comes from check-in, and the per-room numbers stay for years, after the church's retention deletes the check-ins themselves.
Weeks
A row per service: children, first-time families, the adults who tapped in, each room, and pages nobody answered. Choose how far back at the top. on a row shows that morning: every child in each room, when they came and went and who picked them up, and the adults.
Children
Type a child's name to see every check-in the church keeps: the service, the room, in and out, and who took them home. Below it, Lists in words: "preschoolers who missed the last three Sundays" becomes a list; the words go to the AI with your room names only, never a child. Take a chip away to widen it, download the CSV, or keep it as a People list if you have People access.
First-time, Missing, Adults
- First-time: families by their first visit, with whether they came back.
- Missing: regulars who've missed the last three Sundays. A regular came at least three of the last eight Sundays; the same rule the backup sheet uses. Until there are eight Sundays, it says how many so far.
- Adults: who served where, and how many Sundays, for the thank-you.
Incidents
Every incident report, with its state. See Incident reports.
The CSV
gives you the tab you're on. Alerts, pickup lists, codes and private notes are never in it, and each download goes in the activity log.
The Monday email to Kids leaders links to the tab that needs them. See For Kids leaders.
