The chart

  • A bar per week, this year solid and last year as a dashed outline behind it (the same week a year earlier). Untick Last year to hide it.
  • Choose 8 weeks, 6 months, a year or two years, a service type (Sunday Worship against Wednesday Night), and a service time (9:00, 11:00). Under All times the bars split into one segment per time; tap a segment to filter to it.
  • A marker under a week means a note was left on a count, or it was Easter or Christmas week, when the same-week comparison misleads.
  • Hover or tap a bar for its numbers. The line in words underneath is arithmetic: last Sunday against your last eight weeks, and against a year ago.

The recent Sundays

Each Sunday with its times, the total, who counted, and any note. Edit opens the Count screen for that service.

Past attendance from a spreadsheet

Bring in past attendance takes a small sheet, pasted or chosen as a CSV: a date column, your counts (or one Total), and a service time if you have more than one. The columns are matched by their names, a review says what will be written, then it goes in. A Sunday already counted from a phone is left alone; a past count brought in before is updated. The run is one line in the activity log.

What you count, and who counts

The gear (owners and admins) chooses what your church counts: adults, kids, online, guests, volunteers. "Who counts" is set per position under Settings › Teams: tick Can count attendance on the positions whose people count on the day.

Download CSV gives the weeks as a spreadsheet, and the church export includes every count.
