What your givers see: the give page, receipts and My giving

The give page in three taps, the receipt, sign-in by email code, and My giving: history, monthly gift, statement.

People in your church give at the church's own page on PraisePad. The address is your give link: on Present's Give slides as a QR code, in your emails, on your website. It's in English or Spanish from a switch on the page, and it works as a saved app on a phone.

Giving

Pick an amount or type one, pick a fund, choose once or a schedule (weekly, every two weeks, monthly on a day, or the 1st and 15th), then name, email, and card, bank account, Apple Pay or Google Pay. The page says what the church receives by card or by bank, and offers to add the fee so the church gets the full amount. A gift can be given as a business, or in honor or memory of someone. A thank-you screen follows, with the receipt on its way.

The receipt

Every gift gets an emailed receipt with the amount, the fund, the date, the church's legal name and the IRS wording, as a PDF to keep. A bank payment says it's on its way and gets its receipt when it lands, about four business days later. In December, the page says the year's statement comes in January.

My giving

Givers sign in with their email and a code we send: no password, no account to make. My giving shows their gifts this year, their monthly gift (change the amount or the day, pause for a month or three, skip the next one, update the card, or stop it), and their year-end statements to download. Something wrong? sends a note to the church's Giving managers.

Who sees what

A giver sees only their own giving. The church's team sees what Who can see giving allows. Card numbers never reach PraisePad: Stripe holds them.
