Monthly gifts: who gives on a schedule, and what's failing
Every recurring gift through PraisePad Giving, the failing ones with why, cards about to expire; pause or end one.
Giving, under Monthly, lists every gift givers set up on a schedule through PraisePad Giving: weekly, every two weeks, monthly on a day, or the 1st and 15th. The page is for Giving managers with names. It shows how many run, what they bring in a month, the next run with its date and total, and a download of the list for your records.
When a gift fails
A gift is tried once a day, never twice. A failed card is tried again after 1, 3 and 7 days; a bank payment that came back for insufficient funds twice, three days apart. Each time, the giver is emailed what happened in a sentence and gets a one-tap way to update their card from My giving. After the last try the gift is marked failing here, with the reason, so you can call or let it be. The Giving home lists failing gifts under what needs a person.
Cards about to expire
Stripe keeps most cards fresh by itself when the bank issues a new one. The ones it can't are listed here a month ahead, and the giver is emailed.
Pause, resume or end
Open a gift's row and choose Actions. A pause waits until the giver restarts it from My giving; an end emails the giver and can't be undone, though they can start a new one any time from the give page. Changing an amount, a day or a card is the giver's own, from My giving.
Moving givers from your old provider
The card on the right tracks givers moving their monthly gift here from Tithe.ly, Planning Center or another provider. See Moving monthly givers.
