Your own songs beside your church

A Solo library is yours alone: start it from the church switcher, copy church songs into it, build sets for gigs.

In a church's library, songs are added and edited by its leaders, admins, and owners. If you play on your own as well, you can have a library of your own on the same account: Solo. It's free, it's yours alone, and it sits beside the church you play with. Switch between them from the church's name at the top left.

Start your own library

  1. Tap the church's name at the top left, then Start my own library. (It's also under Your churches in your settings.)
  2. Choose a name, like "Justine's songs", and press Set up my library.
  3. Your library opens on its Songs. Add songs there as you would in a church; the church's library doesn't change.

A Solo library has your songs, charts, the stage view, printing, and offline. It has no team, schedule, or Updates. Solo Plus adds AI imports, exports, and more room.

Copy a church song to your library

On a song in your church's library, press Copy to my library. The chart comes as it is today: its arrangements, key, tempo, and notes. PDFs and recordings don't copy; they're the church's files.

The copy's page says where it came from. If the church changes the chart later, the page says so, and Update from the church brings the new chart across. Your own edits stay a version behind in Chart history.

Your church's CCLI licence covers the church. What you play elsewhere is yours to sort out, as it is with a printed chart.

Sets for gigs and practices

In a Solo library, Sets is where Services would be: a set is a list of songs with their keys, with no date and no team. Press New set, give it a name, and add songs from their pages with Add to set or from the set itself. Open it on the stage, print it, keep it offline. See Set lists in a Solo library.
