Set lists in a Solo library
Checked Oct 5, 20261 minute to read
In a Solo library, Sets replaces Services: a named list of songs for a gig or a practice, on the stage and in print.
A church plans services: a date, times, a team, a set list. A Solo library plays gigs and practices, so it has Sets instead: a set is a list of songs with their keys, and nothing else.
Make a set
- Open in the sidebar (or the tabs on a phone).
- Press and give it a name: "Friday at the Nook", "Sunday night". That's all it asks.
- The set opens. Add songs with , or from a song's page with . Drag to reorder; change a key on a song's row.
A set has three tabs: the Plan (its songs), the Playlist (the songs' reference recordings), and a Note.
Play it, print it, keep it
- opens the set on the stage, songs along the bottom, pages turned by swipes, taps, or a pedal. See Open a service or a song on stage.
- prints the whole set with its charts.
- The offline button keeps it on the device for a venue without Wi-Fi. See Use stage view without Wi-Fi.
Good to know
- A set has no date. The list shows the newest first.
- If you later grow your library into a church, your sets stay, listed with the church's services under the day they were made.
