Sermon series: weeks, art and a look

For leadersChecked Oct 26, 20262 minutes to read

A series keeps its weeks together, with art you upload or make, and a look every week starts in.

A sermon series has a home under Present: open Sermons, then Series. Each series lists its weeks (the services whose sermon is in it), its art and its look. Choose the series on a plan's sermon, under This is the sermon, or when you add a sermon from notes; New series… starts one on the spot.

Art

Open a series. Upload your own takes a picture from the Library, or a new upload; many churches have designer art. Make it with AI makes a wide picture with room for words, as pictures are made, and sets the series' name over it when you download it.

Under the art, download it in the sizes churches post: wide (1920 × 1080), square (1080 × 1080) and a podcast square (3000 × 3000), each with the series' name on it. Once a sermon in the series is published, the church page can show the series' art.

A look for every week

Get one week's slides looking right, then on that sermon's part open the series chip ("Rooted · week 2 of 4") and press Use this look for the series. The look, background and all, is saved as a theme of your own, and every new sermon in the series starts in it. If later weeks are already planned, you're asked whether they should take it too. Take the look off on the series' page undoes that.

Weeks

A series' weeks come from the plans: every service whose sermon is in the series, in order, each with a way to its slides. The strip on a sermon's part says which week it is.
