Leave notes for each position on a song

A note for a position is for the people who play that part: a keys patch, a MIDI program, what the bass plays in the bridge. Leaders add them on the song's page, one per position for each arrangement, and the right people see them on the service page and on stage.

Add a note

1. Open the song and choose the arrangement.
2. Under Notes for positions, press Add a note for a position.
3. Choose the Position.
4. Write the Note. Up to 2,000 characters, and line breaks are kept.
5. Press Save note.

To change or remove a note, use the pencil or trash can button beside it. Removing one can't be undone.

The positions come from your church's list. If there are none yet, an admin adds them in Settings; see people and positions.

Who sees it

• On the song's page: people who play that position.
• On the service page and on stage: only the people scheduled on that position for the service.

On stage, the note shows as a small note under the song's title, like "Keys: Pad through the verses". Tap it to read the whole note. Someone scheduled on two positions sees the notes for both.
