Teams hold positions, and positions are what people are asked to serve on: Keys, Sound, Greeter.

Steps

Someone serves on a team when they're on it and hold its position: add them to the team here, in Settings, and give them the position on their page. A serving team, like the greeters, can go on each service's Team tab too: Scheduled on services.
