Is PraisePad down?
See whether PraisePad is working right now, and what we're doing when it isn't.
When something in PraisePad isn't working, you'll see a note across the top of the app saying what's wrong. The whole story is on the status page, status.praisepad.app.
The status page
The status page shows each part of PraisePad and whether it's working: the app, sign-in, emails, files, the AI features, and the help centre. It checks PraisePad every two minutes, and it keeps working even when PraisePad doesn't.
When something is wrong, it says what's happening and what we're doing about it, and updates as we go. It also shows planned maintenance ahead of time, and how each part has done over the last 90 days.
To follow updates in a news reader, use the feed link at the bottom of the page.
When PraisePad is down on a Sunday
Songs and services you downloaded for offline keep working on stage, even when PraisePad is down. See Use stage view without Wi-Fi.
The note in the app
- It shows while something is slow or down, and the day before planned maintenance.
- Choose See the status page to open it.
- Close it with the X; it comes back when there's news.
It never shows on the stage, so it can't get in the way while you play.
