Tidy-up: names, households and people nobody can reach

People › Everyone › Tidy-up (also offered after an import). Owners, admins and People Managers. Rules, not guesses: each card shows its count and the names it would change (up to 25, with how many more follow), and nothing changes until you click. Untick a name to leave it as typed.

• Names in capitals or lower case become proper names, name-aware: McDonald, O'Brien, van der Berg. A name typed in mixed case is left alone. Untick an example to leave that one; Fix applies to every other.
• Children with no adult in their household are placed with the adult at the same address, who becomes their guardian. A child with nobody at their address is listed with a link to choose an adult on their page.
• Empty households (everyone moved or was deleted) are removed.
• People with no email or phone go on a list, "No way to reach", so someone can ask on Sunday. Children are left out.

Each Apply writes one line in the activity log ("tidied 214 names"). Phone numbers are already kept in one format: a number that can't be read is listed at import time, never stored half right.
