The cast: the same people, places and things in every picture
Your pastor, your sanctuary or your banner, the same in every AI picture. A real person agrees first, through a link.
The cast is a list of people, places and things the picture maker keeps the same from one picture to the next: the pastor by the lake, then in the pulpit, with the same face each time. Open Present, then . Leaders add to it and see the photos; the people who run the slides see who's in it and can put them in a picture.
- Press , or , give them a name, and say in a line how to describe them ("tall, grey hair, glasses").
- Open their card and add pictures: up to 10 photos of a person (the face from the front and the side, smiling, speaking, full length), one or two wide pictures of a place with nobody in them, one clean picture of a thing.
- For a real person, add their email and press . Nothing of theirs is used until they say yes.
- In Make a picture, the In the picture row lists the cast. Tick who, where and what, and write the idea with their names in it: "Pastor Matt reading in the sanctuary".
A real person agrees first
The link opens a page that says, in plain words, what the church would like to do: make pictures with AI for its slides that show them, which also reach the recordings and the church's public page. It names the service that makes the pictures (Atlas Cloud, where the photos and the pictures made from them sit for a few days, then go), who at church can see the photos (leaders), how long they're kept (until they withdraw or a leader removes them), and how to stop. They see the photos themselves, and press or .
Until they agree, their card says Not asked yet or Asked · waiting, their photos show blurred to leaders, and they can't be put in a picture. Once agreed, the card says Agreed with the date, and PraisePad keeps the page's words and the photos as they were. A new photo asks them again, with a new link.
They can withdraw from the same link at any time: their photos are deleted that minute and their face is no longer sent, and they can have the pictures already made with them removed from the Library too. If they leave the church, their photos stop being used by themselves (Paused), and they're told by email.
Only adults go in the cast; no photos of children. A made-up character (tick the box when you add them) needs no agreement: make the character once, then its own pictures are its references. A photograph of a real person is refused there, as it is for a scene or a prop.
The cast adds nothing to the month's count: a Quick picture is still one of the 20, a Finer picture two. The model takes ten reference pictures at a time, and the row counts them for you. Every idea and picture is still checked; a face like an agreed person's is expected, and a celebrity's is still refused.
