Put a face to every name. Yours shows in every church you're in; admins can add one for people without an account.
PraisePad shows a picture beside each person's name: in People, on the schedule, in a service's Team tab, in Updates, and in the assign picker. Without one, it shows the first letter of their name.
Your own picture
- Open your settings.
- Under , press and choose a photo. On a phone you can take one there and then.
- Drag the photo to place it, and pinch, scroll, or use the slider to size it. The circle is what everyone sees.
- Press .
Your picture is yours: it shows in every church you're in, and only you can change or remove it ( under ). It never goes in emails.

Good to know
- Photos are trimmed to a square and saved small, so they load quickly and work without Wi-Fi once seen.
- Any JPEG, PNG, or phone photo works. If a photo can't be opened (some HEIC photos on a computer), try a JPEG or PNG, or a screenshot of it.
- Pictures are visible to anyone with the link to the file, which is long and unguessable, and go when the church is removed.
