The giving report, lists in words and the committee pack

Reports, under Giving, is for owners, admins, a finance committee and Giving managers. Counters don't see it.

Totals

Choose this year, last year or the last 12 months. You see what came in, households giving and first-time givers, each fund against its budget and last year, and a bar for each month with last year dashed behind it. Managers also see totals by method. For anyone without names, funds that fewer than 3 people gave to are added together as Other funds, so nobody's gift can be worked out.

The committee pack

Pick a month and choose Committee pack (PDF): the month and the year to date by fund against budget and last year, households giving, and whether the month's deposits are reconciled. Totals only, ready to hand round.

Lists in words

Giving managers can type a list: "gave to Building last year but not this year", then Make the list. AI sees only your words and your fund names, never a giver or an amount, and makes a filter that shows as chips. Change a chip's dates or funds, or take it away, and the list updates. Or start from a ready-made list: first-time givers, or regular givers with no gift in 90 days.

Lists are sorted by name and never sort or filter by how much someone gives. Download any list as a CSV.
